Single Rate: US $195
Team Rate: US $175 per person—minimum 5 people

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A processing fee of US $50 will apply to cancellations made by February 6, 2009.
No cancellation refunds after February 6, 2009.

A limited number of partial scholarships are available upon request.
